Church Leadership

Maywood Bible Church recognizes that God bestows unique gifts upon individuals and that our individual church members differ in talents and abilities as a result of that gifting. Therefore, in order to follow the biblical model for church leadership and organization, the Elders’ Council works alongside of the Lead Pastor in vision casting, guarding doctrinal purity, and shepherding the flock of God. These men seek to lead the church well, in accordance with biblical instruction, at the leading of the Holy Spirit and under the headship of Jesus Christ. Within Maywood, there are also several other ministry leaders who lead specific ministries.
